From Intersection of Route 26 (Liberty Rd.) & Route 32 (Sykesville Rd.) traveling East (towards Baltimore) on 26 pass through 2 lights (1st light, entrance to Wal-mart and 2nd light, Georgetown Blvd.). Go approx. ¼ mile and turn Left onto Long Meadow Drive, just before C&L Cycle, then turn Right into 2nd entrance of Harpers Appliance Building. Therapeutic Kneads is the first door you come to.

From I-70: Take Exit 80 (Route 32) toward Sykesville. Follow for approximately 7.5 miles. Turn right onto Route 26. Follow directions above.

From I-795: Take Exit 4 (Owings Mills Blvd.) SOUTH. Merge onto Owing Mills Blvd. then go approximately 1 mile. Turn Right onto Lyons Mill Road and go approximately 2.5 miles. Take a slight right onto Liberty Road. Go approximately 5.3 miles. Therapeutic Kneads will be on the right just past C & L Cycle in the Harper’s Building. Turn right onto Long Meadow Drive. Turn right at second entrance to the Harpers Appliance Building. We are the first store in the building -- 2nd floor in the back.

From Westminster: Take 97 South to Route 26 East. Follow Route 26 into Eldersburg to the intersection of 32 and 26. Turn left on Route 26. Pass through 2 lights (1st light, entrance to Wal-mart and 2nd light, Georgetown Blvd.). Go approx. ¼ mile and turn Left onto Long Meadow Drive, just before C&L Cycle, then turn Right into 2nd entrance of Harpers Appliance Building. Therapeutic Kneads is the first door you come to.
